Soul Fragment Retrieval Tool - channeled touchstone image
When I came to dealing with traumas experienced across this and many lifetimes I often came up against an issue. When we experience trauma, it causes fragmentation within the energetic bodies and small fragments can become detached from us and either attached to others (as places of refuge) or else be in limbo or void space.
